Availability

To ensure availability, please make reservations for Spa Services in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Arriving late to an appointment may reduce your treatment time. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your scheduled treatment will be applied. To ensure the highest level of service, we do ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to treatment, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

30% deposit is required for all treatments over $100 or over 1 hour. The treatment you select is reserved for you, with your professional therapist. * At time of reservation, please advise if you are pregnant, using skin medications, have allergies or have recently undergone plastic surgery. Acknowleding these conditions will allow us to perform to your individual needs. We also ask that all mobiles are turned off when entering the Medispa for treatment.

Payment

We accept credit card, cheque or cash.

Health Considerations

Prior to your appointment, please notify the Spa Manager and your Therapist if you have allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, physical disabilities, or if you are pregnant.
